Traditional Thai Massage
Fully-clothed on a floor mat, using rocking, acupressure, compressions, movement, and stretching to relieve muscle tension and release energy blockages.

Therapeutic Table Massage
A blend of Eastern & Western modalities including Swedish relaxation, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai, and Shiatsu, adapted to meet your therapeutic goals.
60 min, 75 min, 90 min, or 2 hrs

Prenatal Massage
Table or Thai massage adapted to your pregnant body, focusing on relaxation and specific areas of discomfort including back, neck, and shoulder pain. Prenatal Massage may help to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and help the body prepare for childbirth.

Postpartum Massage
Table or Thai massage adapted to the postpartum body during the “4th trimester” (and beyond). Postpartum Massage may help to support realignment and healing after the birth, reduce fatigue, help fluid balancing, relieve muscle tension from infant care and feeding, and alleviate postpartum depression and anxiety.

Infant & Toddler Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle, light touch, hands-on treatment to improve mobility and balance in the body after birth and through development. Craniosacral Therapy can help with fussy
babies, digestive or elimination difficulties, discomfort, reflux, colic, feeding
complications, teething, sleep, torticollis, flat spots, mobility or sensory issues.
